The first reason is a straightforward one as to why Julia chose to spend 100 days wearing the same shirt. It’s time-saving. Since she had to look after two toddlers, a minimalist lifestyle made sense. When she enjoyed saying goodbye to the agonizing issue of what to wear, she had more free time with her loved ones.
