Chris explained that all he was doing was looking out for his kids. He wasn’t simply trying to make someone lose their job. “It’s something that shouldn’t happen and shouldn’t be tolerated at all,” he said. On top of filing a complaint, Chris was having Kamdyn moved to a new class.

Taken Seriously
Part of his reasoning for speaking so openly about this issue was to raise awarness, Chris said. However, he had another reason for it as well. “Maybe it’ll be taken seriously now and it’ll keep it from happening to other teachers and other students,” he said.
