It’s no secret that there are people out there who simply are convinced they can get away with just about anything. Whether they’re in the wrong or simply want to get their way, they are certain they can make it happen in some way or another.

However, this isn’t the case a lot of the time. This story is just another example of revenge gone right. He knew right away that he was going to have a long day. Moving construction material uphill was already hard enough, and now there was one more thing he had to deal with – this entitled woman refusing to move her car.

Although he did think of calling the police, he knew that would take valuable time away from his work. Meanwhile, the woman kept dismissing and condescending him, so this mad genius came up with a brilliant idea, which would make this woman definitely regret ever parking there.

He had been hired as a foreman for building a new house, something he had done a lot of times before. However, this project was different since the house they were constructing was located on top of a hill.

The only way they could get there was by hiking up a 250-ft footpath. This naturally complicated their work – especially in terms of bringing up materials, but thankfully, there was an upside to everything.

On the street at the foot of the hill were two parking spots that were reserved for the construction project. There were two official “No Parking” signs installed to deter anyone that may think of leaving their car there.

Unfortunately, these signs didn’t prevent everyone from parking there illegally. Half a block from the parking spots was an elementary school, and it didn’t take long for the foreman to find out that parents often used the spots.

However, that didn’t really faze him much – until that day. He didn’t say anything whenever he saw one of the reserved spots occupied by a parent as long as a truck didn’t need to park or there wasn’t a scheduled delivery.

At times when there was, he would politely ask them to move and the parents did so immediately – at least, most of the time. On that particular day, a lumber delivery driver called the foreman to let the latter know that he was on his way.

The foreman went to check if the parking spots were available for them. That’s when he saw it. One of the reserved spots was occupied by an idling car, and he saw a woman sitting in the driver’s seat.

Assuming she was there in order to wait for her child to come out of the school, the foreman walked over to her window and politely asked the woman to move her car out of the parking spot.

The woman scoffed and replied, “I’ll just be a few minutes, and your truck isn’t here, take a chill pill dude.” The foreman was still processing the rude remark when the lumber truck arrived.

The foreman thought that since the lumber truck had arrived, she would move her car so the truck could park. However, she just rolled up her window and tried to ignore him. He tried waving at her to catch her attention, but she rolled down her window halfway and shouted, “WHAT?”

Using a stronger tone of voice, he told her that the truck needed the parking space, and that’s when she told him something which left the foreman speechless. “Can’t you guys just unload around me? Jesus, it’s not that hard,” the woman said dismissively.

Although her rudeness completely astounded the foreman, her remark did happen to give him an idea. He walked up to the truck driver and instructed him to park the truck parallel to the car of the woman, and as close to it as possible.

Understanding what the foreman was thinking of, the driver smiled and got to work. The woman was about to get her comeuppance. The port-a-potty of the construction workers was behind the woman’s car, and there was another parked car beside the two reserved parking spots.

Now, the lumber truck was blocking her side, which means she was boxed in beside the curb. However, the woman did not notice since she was too busy trying to ignore the construction workers whom she had forced to park at a spot that could block traffic.

The foreman needed to do one more thing, though. The foreman phoned the police parking enforcement officers in order to inform them about the issue. He wrote, “At this point in time I wasn’t trying to get her in trouble, I just wanted a record of why we were blocking part of the street so we don’t get in trouble with the city.”

He heard the officer say that she would be at the scene in 30 minutes, but that wasn’t quite quick enough. All hell broke loose when the woman’s kid came out of the school. The woman tried to get out of her car in order to greet her son, but she discovered that the door would only open partly.

At this point, the foreman expected she would finally understand the predicament that she had effectively gotten herself into and make an attempt to rectify it. However, she had the nerve to glare at him instead — as if this was his fault somehow!

Her ineffectual rage could have been comical… had she not done what she did next. Now, the woman was absolutely fuming. After awkwardly clambering over to the passenger’s seat, she stumbled out and loaded her child in the back of the car.

Then she walked up to the foreman and truck driver, who were doing their best to hold back their smug smiles. It appeared as though the woman had only realized then that the workers weren’t backing down.

She checked the scene angrily. A car was in front of hers, a porta-potty was behind, a massive truck was to her left, and a curb was to her right. She became livid and barked, “I’m in a big hurry, you need to move your truck right now so I can go.”

However, the truck driver’s comeback left her shaking. “Ma’am in order to unload the lumber on the truck we had to unstrap it, and per our company policy I’m not allowed to move the truck with any unsecured load on it,” the truck driver told her, trying not to laugh.

However, neither the driver nor the foreman could have predicted the spectacle which was about to unfold. Enraged, the woman shouted obscenities at the driver. She bellowed, “I have somewhere to be!”

However, she had no idea that the traffic officer who received the foreman’s call had already arrived and was behind the truck. Remaining utterly calm, the foreman replied sweetly while the woman kept yelling at him.

The woman became even angrier because of his caustic reply. Smiling, the foreman said to the woman, “Can’t you just pull out around it? It’s not that hard.” After cursing him out, the furious woman stormed back to her car, clambering in again through the passenger’s seat.

The officer was walking towards the foreman and the truck driver when the woman put her car in reverse and then stepped on the gas. She spun her wheels and then slammed into the port-a-potty that was behind her, which knocked it over, but she wasn’t done.

Trying to drive over the actual sidewalk, she charged forward recklessly. The three onlookers couldn’t believe what they were seeing. As the woman mounted the curb, their smiles turned to confusion.

What on earth was she doing? The woman failed to escape from her parking jail since her car became stuck halfway down the curb. However, that was not the end of her misfortune. There was more.

Calmly walking over to her, the officer told her to step out of the car. Once the woman was out, the officer handcuffed her and told her to sit on the curb while the cop called for backup. However, the woman wasn’t done with being a terrible person.

The woman knew she was in deep trouble and made an attempt to spin things in her favor. Lying to the officer, she said she hadn’t asked been asked to move by the foreman and had been told instead that she could stay in the parking spot.

However, the officer wasn’t having it, and she told the woman that she had gotten the foreman’s initial call. The officer also said that she knew exactly what was happening and about the woman’s refusal to move out of the spot.

The woman was doomed, that’s for sure. The foreman recalled, “While myself and the driver are giving a report to the second officer, my guys finish moving the remainder of the lumber and the driver finishes his statement and takes off to go back to the yard.”

He added, “By the end of the ordeal, she was arrested, charged with reckless driving, destruction of property, (the porta-potty) and Driving on a Suspended License.” The woman’s car was towed.

Also, her son’s grandmother had to come to pick him up since the woman was put in jail. “I never expected her to actually heed my advice to “Just pull out around it.” But I think next time she’ll probably think twice about parking in a tow-away zone if she ever gets a license again,” the foreman concluded.

This parent makes a very good point. It would be a great idea for schools to discourage parents from doing things like this when going to pick up their kids. Perhaps the school in our story will start doing the same.

Shena Hardin thought she would be sneaky and not have to stop behind a school bus. So what did she do? She decided to avoid this situation by driving up on the sidewalk! On top of that, this was when the bus was unloading the kids – on the same sidewalk she decided to drive on.

However, the entire thing was caught on video. It turns out that Shena had done this more than once. In fact, she had done this many times before! As a result, she was taken into the police station.

From that point, the court trial began. Shena would show up in court and show absolutely no remorse. It got to the point where she was actually laughing in her court appearances. Lisa Kelley has a 9-year-old daughter who would board that school bus. The mother had a lot to say about Shena.

After being in court, the judge ordered Shena’s license to be suspended for 30 days. She would also have to pay $250 in court costs. This wasn’t the end of it, however. The judge had more up their sleeve for Shena.

To teach her a valuable lesson, the judge ordered Shena to hold up a sign saying “Only an idiot would drive on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus.” on the corner where children stood waiting for the school bus.

Shena had to stand on that corner with the sign for one hour on Tuesday and one hour on Wednesday to show everyone what she had done. On top of all that, it was freezing cold outside, with 34 degrees.

As she was outside holding the sign, Shena was bundled up against the cold, puffing a cigarette and avoiding comments from people passing. Cars honked at her as they went by. She just kept quiet.
