As the witness noticed the puppies being swept away, she tried to take control of the situation as fast as she could. She ran after the puppies, but she wasn’t fast enough. She wanted to open the grate, but she couldn’t do it on her own, she needed some tools to help her.

She soon understood that she could not rescue the puppies on her own so she called for help. Thankfully, the firefighters arrived and were prepared with what to do to handle the situation. They were so grateful that she made the call.
