The rescuers did not want to get their scent on to the babies so they wore gloves to avoid this. Then they took out a blanket and put it down so they had a place to put the animals as soon as they took them out.

Then, the first firefighter put his down inside and took out the first baby animal. The whole team couldn’t believe their eyes when he removed such a tiny animal. He placed the baby on the sheet and it rolled around very innocently.
