It seems like everything good was happening to Katie all at once. After she was able to go through with Grayson and Hannah’s adoptions, she got a message on Instagram asking her if she wanted to appear in Good Housekeeping magazine in an article about her. Of course, she said yes! She was ecstatic to be able to share her story in whatever ways possible. “I never thought we would be in @goodhousekeeping magazine, but life throws you amazing curves. Couldn’t be more grateful to see my children’s story impacting so many people across the world and we hope it’s helping many more children like them find loving forever homes!! Parenthood is defintely something that came naturally for Katie. She couldn’t get enough of her kids. Every single moment made her swell with pride and gratitude. It was incredible how far she’s come in the past few years, and she wanted to share her story with the world. She couldn’t help but celebrate every small moment. “I am SO proud of this girl for going by herself to a Sunday school class (versus with her bro)! She went in without hesitation and had a blast.”
