Katie took another leap of faith by taking in this newborn child called Jackson. Like Hannah, he fit into the family without any problems whatsoever. In only a couple of months, he succeeded in capturing the hearts of Katie and his siblings. Katie was eager to make things official and become his mother on paper as well.

The Adoption Process Was Under Way
On the 9th of June in 2019, Katie took to Instagram to make a post saying the court date for the adoption process was all set. In the meantime, she was relieved that the baby was under her care, which meant she could look after him and watch him grow.
