NANETTE FABRAY, 97 YEARS OLD
Did you know that Nanette Fabray started her performing career in the vaudeville at the tender age of three? It’s true! She honed her singing and tap dancing skills there, and she later started starring in musical theatre shows before making her way to the big screen. As a young girl, she was convinced that she must have a learning disability since she was not performing well at school. However, it turned out that the Tony and Emmy Award winner has been suffering from conductive hearing loss the whole time! Her diagnosis motivated her into becoming a deaf people rights advocate, and her work in this cause outlasted her Hollywood career.

GEORGE H. W. BUSH, 94 YEARS OLD
Did you know that the 41st President of the United States also worked as an aviator and a businessman? When the Second World War was ongoing, he joined the Navy as a naval aviator. He did many things as the former head of state of the most powerful nation in the world, some bad, some good. Among other things, he helped launch the George Bush Presidential Library in Texas A&M University. The younger generation probably remembers him best as the father of the 43rd POTUS.
