It was a full-on cat fight between Vida and Zora, complete with scratching, fighting, and attempts to strangle. When an assassin attacked the camp in an attempt to kill Kerim Bey, the fighting stopped. By doing so, Bond saved the life of the camp’s leader, who subsequently complied with Bond’s request that hostilities be halted. Vida and Zora were relieved to see their leader alive, and they quickly warmed up to Bond after he offered to entertain them that night.

She was strong and self-reliant, and she manipulated Bond into stepping on a trap door, which sent him hurtling down a steel slide into Tanaka’s office. She frequently rescued Bond from imminent danger while driving a Toyota 2000GT. In the middle of the film, an assassin intended to poison Bond but accidentally poisoned Aki instead.
