If you are anything like us, then your hunger increases right when you get into bed. There’s something about your head hitting the pillow that makes our cravings scream. Mmm, wouldn’t it just be nice to eat a bowl of cereal underneath your comfy sheets? This may just be the highlight of your day. Unfortunately, while we do love this, eating the wrong foods made lead to some terrible consequences. Today may be the best of your life because we are about to break that no food after 6 pm rule, and give you a list of foods to satisfy all your cravings.

Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt is loaded with protein, which provides you with long term nourishment and helps heal your muscles. If you’re someone who works out regularly then Greek Yogurt may be exactly what you need to help reach your weight loss goals. Bananas

Oatmeal is such a filling meal and can be great to eat before bed. Top it with some fruit and chia seeds, even some nut butter if you wanna get fancy on us! Oatmeal is a great food as it can help fuel you for the following day, increase your heart health, and prevent diabetes. With 1/2 cup of oats, you’ll eat 150 calories and with a healthy heart, you will be exercising much longer!
